Job Description: You should have 4 to 6 years of experience in the insurance sector (TPA/Broking/Insurance Company), with a preference for experience in the H&B space. Your track record should demonstrate your ability to effectively manage a portfolio of key clients, creating value for them that leads to account retentions. Experience in selling to CHROs & HR teams or CFOs/Finance teams would be advantageous for this role.
