Job Description

Experience Required:

Key Requirements:

10 years of experience in graphic design leadership roles.
Strong stakeholder management skills with international exposure.
Robust technical expertise in design tools, workflows, and creative delivery.
Proven people management experience
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines while maintaining quality.
Flexibility to work in overlapping US/EMEA shifts.

Role Highlights:

Lead and mentor a creative team, driving design excellence and process efficiency.
Collaborate closely with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality branding, marketing, and creative solutions.
Ensure seamless execution of projects while maintaining brand consistency and innovation.
Act as a key point of contact between leadership and the design team

Requirements:

Experience in graphic designing with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Should be Flexible, to work In Night Shifts (3PM-12AM & 6PM-3AM) if you are not ready to work in night shifts, please dont apply
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, PowerPoint)
Experience in Process improvements, Partnerships and a good team player who interacts with Stake holders & marketing team
Good command over design techniques and visual elements.
Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time
Strong communication skills
Being able to illustrate and Knowledge of video editing skills are plus
Degree / Diploma in Design, Fine Arts or related field is must
