Role & responsibilities

• Manage an existing team of 100+ multi-disciplinary engineering professionals, grow, and deliver high-quality engineering modelling, digital twin, asset management and managed Engineering-IT services to process plant industry clientele, helping them to modernize their plant operations and maintenance.
• Continuously improve and build excellence in operations, project planning, performance, schedule, and deliverables with high quality, consistency and in a sustainable way.
• Anticipate business risks from time to time and mitigate with constructive strategies and actions.
• Define, develop, and deploy talent development tracks, groom the talent aligning with business strategies and employees' aspirations with a clear timelines and focused approach. Build & develop high potential team, attract, retain & motivate talent to support business deliverables from time to time.
• Manage talent with high positive impact with a team of 100+ members by setting clear goals, motivating teams, and resolving conflicts in a busy environment.
• Collaborate & partner with internal stakeholders and accomplish business development strategy, business acquisition and presales need.
• Implement performance monitoring, reporting, metrics culture in the team and tools required.
• Conferring with, advising, and documenting recommendations to client management on procedures, policies, problems, priorities, and methods.
• Effectively partner and collaborate with global customers through multiple communication strategies and ensure customer success.
• Accomplish Project Management within budgets, schedules. Organizing teams, resource planning and managing long term and short-term resource demands.

Preferred candidate profile

Functional /Technical: -

• Significant knowledge and hands-on experience in the implementation of detail Modelling services and products for delivering solutions to process detail Engineering industry clientele.
• Past knowledge and experience in integrating design infrastructure for predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to advise clients on project setup, database standards, configurations and customization standards and approach, manage a team of engineering-IT personnel to provide remote technical and administration services to process industry clients.
