As an Associate Vice President (AVP) of New Customer Acquisition at DMI, your role is pivotal in overseeing the digital customer acquisition framework. You will be accountable for designing and managing the mechanism that propels growth within the digital lending sector. Your primary responsibilities will involve: - Developing and executing robust paid marketing strategies across the entire customer acquisition funnel to meet ambitious targets for loan disbursal, customer acquisition, and profitability. - Leading initiatives to decrease Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and enhance user retention through data-centric strategies. - Setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns utilizing platforms such as GA4, Firebase, and MMP. - Creating compelling and innovative campaign concepts to boost user engagement and click-through rates. - Pioneering new acquisition programs and fostering a culture of continuous experimentation and learning to unlock avenues for growth. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum educational qualification of a Graduate degree. - Preferred qualification of an MBA in marketing. With regards to work experience, you are expected to have: - 7-10+ years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a leadership capacity focusing on performance marketing and customer acquisition. - Previous experience in scaling a D2C, FinTech, or digital lending brand. - Demonstrated track record of effectively managing and scaling substantial monthly ad spends, e.g., 50 Lakhs and above. Your skills and proficiencies should encompass: - Proficiency in performance marketing platforms, specifically Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. - Strong grasp of data analysis, attribution models, and reporting tools like GA4. - Strategic mindset with the capability to work autonomously and execute tasks efficiently. - Experience in establishing and nurturing high-performing marketing teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to articulate insights clearly to senior leadership.
