Job Description

Role Overview: As the Director of Digital Growth & Lead Generation at NxtWave, located in Hyderabad, India, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end lead generation and conversion strategy across digital and programmatic platforms. Your role will involve designing and implementing comprehensive digital lead generation frameworks, managing multi-channel annual digital budgets, and leading rapid experimentation with creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. Additionally, you will be driving organic traffic growth through technical SEO, content marketing, and authority-building initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end lead generation and conversion strategy across digital and programmatic platforms. - Build full-funnel acquisition campaigns across multiple channels to drive high-quality leads. - Design and implement a comprehensive digital lead generation framework ensuring consistency, scalability, and predictability. - Manage and optimize multi-channel annual digital budgets focusing on CAC, LTV, and ROAS. - Lead rapid experimentation with creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. - Drive organic traffic growth via technical SEO, content marketing, and authority-building initiatives. - Establish and maintain scalable, dynamic processes improving lead quality and acquisition efficiency. - Lead and mentor a multi-layered digital team of managers and executives. - Set up attribution models and analytics dashboards for data-driven decision-making. - Develop and groom managerial talent, promoting a high-performance culture rooted in ownership, accountability, and growth. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in digital growth, acquisition, or performance marketing at a PAN-India level. - Minimum 3 years leading at least two digital marketing channels or equivalent leadership roles. - Strong people management experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments. - Proven expertise in building scalable processes and systems for performance marketing. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - A leadership approach that blends empathy, discipline, and result orientation.,
