AVP - Development Manager Supply Chain Finance

You are a motivated and results-driven individual with 8+ years of experience in "Hunting" distributors and stockists from the FMCG/FMCD industry. Your role as an Associate Vice President of Business Development at Invoyz Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. involves driving Supply Chain Finance and Working Capital products to big-sized and corporate enterprises, excluding medium/small enterprises. Key Responsibilities: - Present and promote business loan and Supply Chain Finance products to distributors and corporates, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. - Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking events, and referrals. - Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their financing requirements and business goals. - Customize financial solutions such as term loans, lines of credit, and equipment financing to meet clients" specific needs. - Collaborate with internal and 3rd party lending partners to develop customized finance solutions. - Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually acceptable agreements adhering to company policies. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities. - Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. - Manage customer contracts from engagement to renewal, focusing on Relationship Management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred). - Proven sales experience in the financial services sector, focusing on supply chain finance or related products. - Strong understanding of supply chain finance principles and their impact on businesses" financial health. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex financial concepts clearly. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
