AVP - Development Manager

You have an exciting opportunity to join Invoyz Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a fintech start-up, as an Associate Vice President of Business Development specializing in Supply Chain Finance. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our Supply Chain Finance products and services to big-sized and corporate enterprises. With over 8 years of experience in "Hunting" distributors and stockists from the FMCG/FMCD industry, you will lead the way in presenting and promoting our business loan and SCF products to distributors and corporates. Your primary focus will be on meeting and exceeding sales targets in the business lending sector, particularly in the areas of supply chain funding, business loans, and working capital. Your responsibilities will include prospecting and generating leads through various channels, conducting needs assessments with potential clients, customizing financial solutions to meet their specific requirements, and negotiating loan terms and conditions. By collaborating closely with internal and 3rd party lending partners, you will develop customized finance solutions that align with clients" needs. To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, along with proven experience in sales within the financial services sector, focusing on supply chain finance or related products. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Your track record of effectively negotiating and closing sales deals will be critical to your success in this position.
