**Role Overview:** As a Private Bank, SA - AVP at Deutsche Bank in New Delhi, India, you will be responsible for catering to HNI and UHNI clients, offering a wide range of banking services, investment products, and lending solutions. Your role will involve working closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) to manage and grow existing relationships by understanding client requirements, managing day-to-day client needs, and providing support for new client acquisition. Additionally, you will oversee the Service Assistant desk, resolve client queries, and engage with various stakeholders to effectively manage relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with RMs to manage and grow existing relationships by building rapport with clients and understanding their requirements. - Handle day-to-day client requirements such as account opening, account changes, remittances, bank transfers, KYC, and investment-related tasks. - Regularly communicate with clients regarding their investments, lending, and banking needs, providing strong backup to RMs. - Support RMs in preparing material/documents for new client acquisition, including liaising with the Product team for presentations, reports, pitchbooks, and marketing material. - Ensure timely completion of internal reporting. - Oversee the Service Assistant desk, managing paperwork, liaising with branches, AMCs, training, monitoring, and managing leave schedules. - Resolve client queries and engage with Compliance, Legal, and other relevant stakeholders to find solutions to clients" needs, queries, and transactions. **Qualifications Required:** - Well-versed with banking and investment products, knowledge of lending products advantageous. - Good communication skills (verbal and written). - At least 8 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in wealth management or private banking. **Additional Details:** Deutsche Bank offers a culture of continuous learning, training, and development to support your career growth.
