Job Description

As AVP, Campaign Operations Manager at Synchrony Financial, India, you will play a crucial role in driving the evolution of campaign operations within the Growth Marketing team. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, you will lead the transformation of campaign methodologies towards personalized, end-to-end consumer journeys utilizing data, automation, and Gen AI technologies. Your primary focus will be to embed a consumer-first mindset into the marketing operations framework. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Campaign Process Discovery:** Analyzing existing campaign processes to identify transformation opportunities. - **Journey Planning through Collaboration:** Co-creating journey-based strategies aligned with business objectives. - **Lead Campaign Transformation:** Designing digitally-enabled, personalized campaign operations for engaging consumers. - **Journey Design and Execution:** Managing consumer journeys in marketing platforms for real-time responsiveness. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partnering with MarTech teams to integrate personalization into campaigns. - **Scalable Frameworks:** Developing templates and playbooks for journey orchestration success. - **Innovation and Best Practices:** Implementing modern campaign methodologies and personalization strategies. - **Team Enablement:** Mentoring and upskilling team members on consumer-centric execution. **Required Skills/Knowledge:** - 8+ years of experience in digital marketing and campaign operations, preferably in financial services. - Strong background in consumer journey design and omnichannel campaign delivery. - Proficiency with Customer Data Platforms and marketing automation tools. - Hands-on experience with SAS, SQL, and real-time journey orchestration. - Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. **Desired Skills/Knowledge:** - Working knowledge of Gen AI applications in marketing operations. - Experience in driving change within complex marketing ecosystems. - Strong project management and analytical skills with a focus on business impact. - Creative thinking abilities and experience with statistical analytics platforms. **Eligibility Criteria:** - Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of IT experience or 10+ years of Marketing experience in the financial domain. **Work Timings:** 2 PM to 11 PM IST As an internal applicant, ensure you meet the mandatory skills criteria before applying and inform your manager and HRM.
