AVP Business Communications

You are seeking a highly motivated and engaged individual to join the US Personal Banking Analytics (USPBA) team. The Strategic Communication team is responsible for developing executive communications and compelling narratives that connect analytical insights and predictive modeling to business goals and objectives. **Responsibilities:** - Own the end-to-end process of producing executive-level presentations by collaborating with analytics teams and leaders - Create conceptual charts within PowerPoint to facilitate senior stakeholder conversations - Synthesize complex, data-oriented information into actionable language for key stakeholders - Provide coaching to analytics teams on presentation and communication skills - Lead the presentation process by setting topics, timelines, deadlines, and coordinating activities with PMOs and business owners - Develop off-the-shelf templates in central libraries for consistent formatting and messaging in presentations - Support communication and strategy for the USPBA team through various channels such as mailers, newsletters, articles, and town halls **Qualifications:** - 10-14 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or communications consulting with a focus on data analysis and new-age analytical techniques - Proficiency in PowerPoint to convert complex business problems into effective presentations - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to convey complex material to diverse audiences - Excellent organizational skills to handle fast-paced work independently and prioritize tight deadlines - Self-motivated with the ability to drive progress under limited guidance and short turnaround times - Ability to cultivate effective working relationships at all levels of an organization - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience **Additional Details:** This job description offers a high-level overview of the work involved.
