Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Aviation Trainer, located in Bhopal. The Aviation Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs related to aviation and customer service, developing training materials, conducting practical sessions, evaluating students' performance, and ensuring high standards of training delivery. The trainer will also provide mentorship and support to students to help them achieve their career goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Aviation industry practices and standards
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs
• Ability to assess and evaluate students' performance
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certification or diploma in Aviation Training, or related field
• Prior experience as an aviation trainer or in a similar role is beneficial
