The Aviation Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on cabin crew duties, air hostess responsibilities, and hospitality skills. Day-to-day tasks include conducting practical simulations, providing personalized mentorship, creating training materials, and assisting students with interview preparation. The trainer will also monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure they meet industry standards.
