Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in West Delhi for an Aviation Trainer. The Aviation Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on cabin crew duties, air hostess responsibilities, and hospitality skills. Day-to-day tasks include conducting practical simulations, providing personalized mentorship, creating training materials, and assisting students with interview preparation. The trainer will also monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure they meet industry standards. Qualifications Expertise in Aviation Knowledge and Customer Service Skills Strong Communication and Training Skills Experience in Grooming and Interview Preparation Ability to create and deliver training materials Excellent mentorship and coaching abilities Flexibility to work on-site in West Delhi Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Hospitality, or related field Previous experience in cabin crew or air hostess roles preferred
