Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pilot Counsellor at High Aero Academy in Delhi, India. The Pilot Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students aspiring to become pilots. Day-to-day tasks include conducting career counseling sessions, providing personalized advice on pilot training programs, assisting with course selections, and offering support throughout the training journey. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with faculty to monitor student progress, providing career development resources, and facilitating industry exposure opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in career counseling and mentoring in the aviation industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
