Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide aspiring pilots on CPL training programs and career pathways.
• Handle inquiries from prospective students and provide accurate program information.
• Assist with admissions, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to ensure smooth candidate enrollment.
• Represent High Aero Academy at aviation events and career fairs, when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (aviation background preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for aviation and ability to motivate and guide students.
• Prior counseling, sales, or aviation experience is a plus.
