Aviation Trainer

Fly Vimana Aviation Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Aviation & Hospitality Trainer to provide training to students in Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, Hospitality Management, and Travel & Tourism. The ideal candidate must possess industry experience, exceptional communication skills, and a talent for mentoring aspiring professionals. Responsibilities include conducting engaging training sessions on aviation, hospitality, and tourism, preparing lesson plans and practical demonstrations, training students in grooming, personality development, and customer service, assessing student performance, providing feedback, staying updated with industry trends, and ensuring a professional and interactive learning environment. The candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in aviation, hospitality, or travel & tourism, with prior experience as a trainer or instructor preferred. Strong knowledge of airline operations, airport procedures, customer service, and hospitality management is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, along with a passion for mentoring and guiding students. This is a Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher job type with an expected 4 hours per week. The work schedule is during the day shift, and proficiency in English is preferred.
