Job Title : Gen AI / ML Data Scientist Location : Gurugram / Chennai (Hybrid or Onsite) Experience : 46 years Employment Type : Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in Generative AI and Machine Learning to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models for various real-world use cases, especially in GenAI (LLMs, Transformers, Diffusion Models, Responsibilities : Design and develop ML/AI models including but not limited to supervised, unsupervised, NLP, and Gen AI techniques. Build and fine-tune LLM-based solutions (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA) for enterprise applications like chatbots, summarization, information extraction, etc. Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation using appropriate ML/AI techniques. Collaborate with data engineers, MLOps, and product teams to deploy models in production. Conduct research and stay up to date on emerging trends in Gen AI and ML. Work on Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases. Present findings and insights to business stakeholders and non-technical Skills & Experience : 5 years of experience in Data Science, ML, and AI. Strong experience with Generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.). Proficiency in Python, with experience in libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, pandas, NumPy, etc. Experience working with LLMs, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), and large datasets. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for AI/ML model deployment. Good understanding of MLOps pipelines, CI/CD for ML, and model monitoring. Strong problem-solving and communication to Have : Knowledge of diffusion models, image/video generation, or multimodal models. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Plotly). Domain knowledge in BFSI, healthcare, or retail is a Qualification : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
