Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, providing customer insights, and managing partnerships. The candidate will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the Audio-Video and IT industry and solutions such as digital signage, IT infrastructure, kiosks, and video walls
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with IoT, AR, AI, and other advanced technologies is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
