Role Description

Online Micro Services is seeking a full-time Audio-Visual (AV) Technicians and Pre-Sales professional for an on-site role based in South Delhi. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day tasks including configuring and troubleshooting AV systems, setting up video conferencing equipment, and managing AV components such as lighting systems and projectors. Additionally, the role involves supporting pre-sales activities, including providing technical expertise to clients and designing tailored AV solutions to meet their needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing and maintaining Audio Visual (AV) systems
• Strong skills in troubleshooting technical issues with AV and related components
• Hands-on experience with video conferencing systems and solutions
• Knowledge of setting up and operating lighting systems and projectors
• Strong ability to collaborate with sales teams in pre-sales and solution development processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
• Ability to work on-site in South Delhi and willingness to adapt to dynamic technical requirements
• Technical certification or relevant training in AV systems is a plus
