Install, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment (projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, video conferencing systems).
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of AV systems.
Provide on-site technical support during events/meetings.
Collaborate with IT teams for integration with network systems.
Maintain inventory of AV equipment and ensure proper documentation.
Knowledge of AV hardware, signal flow, and control systems.
Experience with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Diploma/Degree in Electronics/AV/IT or related field preferred.
