Overview of Meetings : The Halls being used by high profile executives, bureaucrats and ministry personnel, support by the Engineer for providing high quality and efficiency support to theExecutives & UCVC based meetings viz., VC , Webex , Team and any other online/Application based meetings . Meetings held with end points as listed above devices, both hardware & software supports should be provided for the all MR users who are connected to End point meetings & Virtual meetings.A VC Engineer is to be stationed in MR for smooth operation of the system in both the halls. 6 Working days in a week in 2 shift operations (Working Hours are upto 48 Hrs. per week). If meeting extends beyond the working hour, he has to stay till the meeting ends. This is inclusive in the vendor job scope.
