Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking a customer-focused and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team. As the primary point of contact for service customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience by communicating effectively between customers and the service team. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers professionally and gather information about their service needs.
• Accurately document vehicle issues and create repair orders.
• Provide estimates for service and repair costs; obtain customer approvals.
• Coordinate with technicians to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate services.
• Clearly explain recommended repairs, maintenance, and associated costs to customers.
• Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicles during service.
• Handle warranty and insurance claims processing.
• Close repair orders and process invoices and payments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain service records and follow up with customers for future services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or technical training preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in a service advisor, customer service, or automotive role.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification.
• Experience with dealership or shop management systems (DMS).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
