Job Description

Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the service center. Greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns/requirements, and accurately record job details. Provide cost estimates, explain job requirements, and obtain customer approval. Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs. Update customers regularly on job status, additional repair needs, and delivery timelines. Ensure final vehicle inspection, quality check, and on-time delivery to customers. Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels. Promote value-added services, AMC, insurance renewals, and extended warranty packages. Maintain job cards, invoices, and service records as per company policy. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong technical knowledge of automobiles. Customer handling & relationship management. Time management and multitasking ability. Computer literacy (DMS / CRM software knowledge preferred). Qualifications & Experience Diploma / B.E. in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering (preferred). 2–5 years of experience as Service Advisor in automobile dealership / workshop. Freshers with good technical knowledge & communication skills may also apply.
