Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Kanpur for an Automotive Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will assist customers with vehicle maintenance and repair needs, ensure customer satisfaction, and communicate effectively with both customers and the service team. Daily tasks include consulting with customers about their vehicle issues, maintaining records of services and repairs, coordinating with service technicians, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

• Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair skills
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus
