Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role with a reputed two-wheeler brand. The Service Advisor will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their vehicle service needs, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying service experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and understand their service and repair requirements. Prepare job cards and estimate costs and delivery timelines. Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of service jobs. Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained. Communicate service updates and additional repair recommendations to customers. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Maintain accurate service records and support warranty claim processes. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor with a recognized two-wheeler brand (Honda experience preferred). Qualification: Diploma/ITI in Automobile Engineering or equivalent preferred. Skills: Strong customer handling, communication, and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics and service procedures. Proficiency in using dealership management software (DMS) will be an advantage.
