Role Description This is a full-time Automotive Service Advisor role located in Trivandrum, requiring on-site presence. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for providing consultation on vehicle maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating automotive repairs, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication with clients. Job Location - Trivandrum (Candidates from in and around Trivandrum preferred) Experience 1 - 3 Yrs of Experience in Automotive domain as Service Advisor / Supervisor. Qualifications Btech/BE or High school diploma in relevant field. Understanding of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance (engine, brakes, transmission, electrical, etc.) Ability to interpret service manuals and diagnostic tools. Experience with estimating repair costs and service times Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain technical issues to customers in layman’s terms. Handling customer complaints and conflict resolution. Sales and upselling skills for recommending additional services. Ability to manage appointments, invoices, and work orders. Experience in scheduling, workflow management, and quality control. Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of service crew and technicians. Pay Scale 1.5 LPA - 2.2 LPA as per expertise.
