Automotive Glass Furnace Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the automotive glass bending furnace.
• Adjust temperature zones, conveyor speed, and cooling parameters based on glass type and specifications.
• Ensure proper heating, forming, and cooling sequences to maintain consistent product quality.
• Coordinate with the cutting and printing sections to ensure smooth production flow.
• Inspect glass quality after furnace processing and document production results.
• Follow all safety and quality control procedures in accordance with factory standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating automotive glass furnaces (bending).
• Solid understanding of automotive glass forming, heating cycles, and cooling control.
• Ability to work in shifts and under industrial production conditions.
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.
