Automotive Glass Furnace Operator

Job Description: You will be responsible for operating and monitoring the automotive glass bending furnace at Mumtaz Glass Factory, which is part of Allamaa Group. Your main duties will include adjusting temperature zones, conveyor speed, and cooling parameters, ensuring proper heating, forming, and cooling sequences, coordinating with other sections for smooth production flow, inspecting glass quality, and following safety and quality control procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor the automotive glass bending furnace. - Adjust temperature zones, conveyor speed, and cooling parameters based on glass type and specifications. - Ensure proper heating, forming, and cooling sequences to maintain consistent product quality. - Coordinate with the cutting and printing sections to ensure smooth production flow. - Inspect glass quality after furnace processing and document production results. - Follow all safety and quality control procedures in accordance with factory standards. Qualifications and Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience operating automotive glass furnaces (bending). - Solid understanding of automotive glass forming, heating cycles, and cooling control. - Ability to work in shifts and under industrial production conditions. - High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.
