The Senior Consultant in Automotive Sales and Strategy role based in Mumbai, NCR (Delhi), Bengaluru, and Pune offers a hybrid work mode with a CTC of 25 LPA. With 4-7 years of experience, you will be a part of the Operations Transformation team, leading strategic and operational initiatives within Consumer, Automotive, and Industrial Products sectors. Your main responsibilities will include owning and managing consulting workstreams, developing financial and strategic models, conducting research, creating presentations, and supporting digital/strategic assets development. Collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders is key to exceed expectations. To excel in this role, you must have an MBA with a minimum of 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years post-MBA experience. Exposure to Consumer, Automotive, or Industrial sectors is essential, along with functional experience in Sales, Aftersales, or Strategy. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills are required, as well as proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, strategic frameworks, and storyboarding.
