1. Electric Vehicle (EV) Service Lead Technician
Leads EV service operations, supervises technicians, diagnoses and repairs electric vehicles, and ensures safety compliance. Requires ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automobile Engineering with leadership and EV technical skills.
2. Two-Wheeler Service Assistant
Assists senior technicians in routine maintenance and repairs of two-wheelers, supports workshop operations, and manages basic inspections. Requires ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with hands-on skills and safety awareness.
3. Electric Vehicle Service Technician
Performs diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of electric vehicles, including batteries, motors, and electrical systems. Requires ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automobile Engineering with practical knowledge of EV components and safety standards.
4. Automotive Telecaller
Handles customer inquiries, schedules service appointments, provides product/service information, and maintains customer records. Requires minimum 12th pass with good communication skills, customer orientation, and basic computer knowledge.
