Role & responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities: Greet customers and inspect damaged vehicles professionally. Understand customer concerns and document repair requirements. Prepare accurate repair estimates and job cards. Coordinate with insurance surveyors for approvals and claim processing. Communicate repair timelines, costs, and updates to customers. Schedule and manage the repair process from start to finish. Work closely with bodyshop technicians to ensure quality repairs. Monitor progress of ongoing jobs and ensure timely completion. Conduct final quality checks before delivering vehicles to customers. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving queries and complaints effectively. Maintain detailed records of repair orders, estimates, and approvals. Follow up with customers post-delivery for feedback and service quality. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards. Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of required parts. Assist in meeting workshop targets and service KPIs. Preferred candidate profile 3 to 5 years experience in bodyshop/service advisor role (preferably in a car dealership). Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge of body repair, paint process, and insurance claim handling. Familiar with DMS, MS Office, and estimation software (e.g., Audatex). Good communication in Tamil and English . Customer-focused, organized, and able to handle multiple jobs. Residing near Velappanchavadi or nearby areas preferred. Valid driving license required.
