Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and manage the overall academic operations of the Automobile Department.
Guide and mentor faculty members to ensure high-quality teaching and learning standards.
Assist in curriculum development, lesson planning, timetable preparation, and academic documentation.
Ensure effective delivery of theory classes, workshops, and hands-on practical training sessions.
Collaborate with management to support the institutions academic goals and development initiatives.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and student-centric learning environment.
Monitor faculty performance, provide feedback, and support their professional development.
Represent the department in academic meetings, audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.
Ensure adherence to institutional policies, academic regulations, and quality standards.
