Job Description

Role Overview: As an Infoscion, your primary responsibility will be to interact with clients to ensure quality assurance, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. You will be involved in understanding requirements, designing, validating architecture, and delivering high-quality service offerings in the technology domain. Additionally, you will contribute to project estimation, solution delivery, technical risk planning, code reviews, and unit test plan reviews. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding teams to develop optimized code deliverables, managing knowledge effectively, and following organizational guidelines and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in project estimation and provide inputs for solution delivery - Conduct technical risk planning and perform code reviews - Lead teams to develop high-quality code deliverables - Manage knowledge effectively and ensure adherence to organizational guidelines - Contribute to building efficient programs/systems - Demonstrate understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modelling methods - Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends - Possess analytical abilities, strong technical skills, and good communication skills - Understand business domain to interpret business requirements - Have knowledge of testing tools, agile methodologies, and project life cycle activities - Familiarity with more than one technology and basics of architecture and design fundamentals - Awareness of estimation methodologies and quality processes - Exhibit excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of testing tools and agile methodologies - Understanding of project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects - Awareness of the latest technologies and trends - Strong technical skills with the ability to demonstrate software quality assurance principles - Good communication skills with analytical abilities - Basics of architecture and design fundamentals - Knowledge of more than one technology and agile methodologies - Understanding of estimation methodologies and quality processes - Familiarity with business domain to interpret business requirements,
