Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester with strong experience in Robot Framework, Manual Testing, and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and executing full-stack tests across complex systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute end-to-end test cases, both automated and manual.
Develop and maintain robust automation scripts using Robot Framework.
Identify, isolate, and document defects thoroughly and clearly.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Provide inputs for test strategy and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
Troubleshoot test failures and support root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-6 years of experience in software testing.
Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework and test automation tools.
Solid understanding of manual testing concepts and best practices.
Working knowledge of Agile development practices and tools like Jira.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
