Your role will involve developing, implementing, and integrating technology solutions to better serve audit clients and engagement teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop a deep audit-related technical knowledge - Acquire outstanding database, data analytics, and programming skills - Work on projects that require gathering, organizing, and analyzing large volumes of data - Collaborate with partners, clients, and audit technical experts to develop technology solutions that enhance value-add and improve efficiencies - Provide solution architecture, application development, testing, and maintenance support to the global Assurance service line - Utilize technical skills such as SQL, NoSQL databases (HBase/Cassandra/MongoDB), Big Data querying tools (Pig, Hive), ETL implementation (Alteryx or Azure Data Factory), and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau/Spotfire) - Apply analytical and systematic approaches to problem-solving - Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences - Work in a team environment with a strong customer focus and problem-resolution skills - Maintain long-term client relationships and identify business development opportunities - Adhere to software development best practices - Collaborate effectively as a team player **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech/MCA & MBA) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field - 1.5 to 3 years of industry experience - Strong technical skills in SQL, NoSQL databases, Big Data querying tools, ETL implementation, and reporting tools - Ability to quickly understand complex concepts and use technology for data modeling, analysis, visualization, or process automation - Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities - Fluency in oral and written communication - Capability to plan, schedule, and monitor work activities to meet targets - Quick absorption of new technical information and business acumen - Strong customer focus, negotiation skills, and problem-resolution abilities EY exists to build a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society.
