Automation Tester

As a Senior Quality Assurance and Testing Engineer at Emerson, your role will involve implementing all aspects of software and product testing within the Emerson Syncade team. Your responsibilities will include: - Facilitating and being part of an integrated QA and testing culture. - Writing manual and automation testing scripts. - Following industry standards and adopting innovative ways for QA and testing to improve software quality. - Meeting with Product and Software development teams to determine QA and testing scope. - Documenting and presenting QA metrics. - Fostering a culture of innovation and disciplined software testing practices. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in Engineering/Computer Science. - Willingness to learn new technologies. - 6+ years of experience in QA and Manual/Automation testing. - High-level analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Experience with test automation and frameworks, specifically Selenium and C#. - Proficiency in Software Unit Testing. - Meticulous and committed to quality. - Excellent communication skills and strong time management.
