Job Location: Pune/Chennai/Hyderabad/Bangalore Notice Period : Immediate - 30days Exp: 5 - 8 yrs Onsite: after 6 months of joining onsite opportunity in Costa Rica for min 1 yr ( those who are ok for onsite opportunity only apply) Mandatory Skills: Job Description: Candidate should have good working experience in roles like Test Lead. Candidate should have proven experience in Agile methodologies. Candidate should have good experience in Test Planning Test Case design and execution Candidate should have good knowledge in SDLC process and Quality Assurance Process Candidate having experience in GIT Jenkins Mainframes API DB Testing is a plus Key responsibilities of Test Manager 1 Implement test strategies and plans 2 Ensure QA leads are in good communication with business and scrum team to review the test cases 3 Review complete test exit report sent by QA lead before the release 4 Collaborate with stakeholder to ensure quality throughout SDLC 5 Export test results from Test management tools like zephyr ALM to complete exit report for the release.
