Agile - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups. 2+

UI Test Automation - Expert in Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress and/or Tricentis TOSCA, ACCELQ 2+

Develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.

Collaborate with the QA and development teams to identify test cases that can be automated.

Convert manual test cases into automated test scripts

Participate in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test data that are suitable for automation.

Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to ensure software functionality and performance.

Track and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.

Assist in implementing and maintaining test automation frameworks, ensuring they are scalable, reusable, and modular.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the automation framework, incorporating new tools and practices as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps, and product managers, to understand the system architecture and testing requirements.

Document test results, automated scripts, and defects, ensuring proper traceability and reporting to stakeholders.

Manage and maintain test environments, test data, and configurations needed for automated test execution.

Ensure test environments are consistent and reliable, reducing flakiness in automated test results.

Generate reports on test execution, code coverage, and defects found during automated testing.

Provide insights on test automation effectiveness and areas for improvement.

Troubleshoot issues in the test automation framework and scripts, ensuring reliable and accurate test execution.

Analyze failures in test cases and work with developers to diagnose the root causes.
