Automation Specialist with Project Management Skills Job Overview: We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Automation & AI knowledge to join our Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to handle and analyze large amounts of data, drive effective decision making and deliver high quality project execution. The role demands flexibility to multitask, manage projects efficiently and build comprehensive project plans to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Automation & AI Development: Develop & Deploy AI and Automation solutions using Python to optimize business processes and workflows. Ensure that deployed models are monitored for performance and retain necessary Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and implement innovative solutions Data Preparation & Analysis: Collaborate with Domain experts to understand business requirements and contextualize data Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns and actionable insights Present data insights in a clear and concise manner to drive decisions Project management: Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines & deliverables. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects Monitor project progress and resolve any roadblocks proactively Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with software developers, data engineers and domain experts to integrate AI capabilities into products and services Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non technical teams Stay updated with latest trends and advancements in AI & Automation technologies Qualification & Key Skills: Proficiency in Python,VB Macros for Automation development of processes and workflows Experience with data analysis, handling high volume data sets and tools like Pandas, NumPy & Matplotlib Strong problem solving skills with the ability to drive actionable insights from complex data Exceptional Project management and organizational skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and work effectively under pressure Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and communication skills
