Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain

  platforms such as

  Nanoheal and Nexthink

  to support IT service operations.


• Configure and update workflows for

  end-user IT service desk functions

  , improving efficiency and automation.


• Manage automation platforms, including

  Resolve, Workato, Aisera, Amelia, and Moveworks

  , ensuring seamless integration with business processes.


• Collaborate with

  cross-functional teams

  to understand business needs and translate them into

  technical automation solutions

  .



• Monitor and optimize

  system health, performance, and reliability to meet business objectives.



• Identify and proactively resolve issues

  to minimize downtime and enhance system functionality.


• Conduct

  regular reviews of existing automation solutions

  , identifying areas for optimization and improvement.


• Stay up to date with advancements in

  automation technologies

  and incorporate

  latest trends

  into company solutions.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Proven experience

  with

  Nanoheal, Nexthink, Resolve, Workato, Aisera, Amelia, and Moveworks

  .



• Strong understanding of automation principles

  and best practices.



• Basic knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI)

  and its applications in automation.


• Familiarity with

  machine learning and NLP/NLU

  techniques.


• Excellent

  problem-solving and critical-thinking

  skills.


• Ability to work

  independently and collaboratively

  in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree

  in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
