As a Technical Authority Expert at Ericsson, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of managed services delivery through the Ericsson Operations Engine. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining automated solutions to enhance operational efficiency. - Guiding and supporting a team by providing domain expertise. - Contributing to the improvement of recovery processes to ensure seamless service delivery. - Actively participating in the full cycle of service delivery methodologies. - Performing complex change analyses and supporting their execution. - Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
