Automation Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development for

  LV Automation products

  in the

  Water segment

  .
• Identify new opportunities and generate leads for

  PLC, SCADA, DCS solutions

  .
• Build strong customer relationships with EPCs, system integrators, and end-users.
  
• Deliver technical presentations and value propositions aligned with customer requirements.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and project execution.
  
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technology advancements.
  
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  
• Ensure compliance with Schneider Electrics values, sustainability goals, and diversity policies.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum

  4 years of experience

  in

  Industrial Automation sales

  .
• Strong domain knowledge in

  PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems

  .
• Experience in handling clients in

  Water & Wastewater infrastructure

  is a must.
• Familiarity with

  Low Voltage (LV) automation

  systems and solution selling.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  
• Engineering degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation or equivalent.
