Automation QA Lead

You will be joining a global digital solutions company with expertise in cloud, data engineering, and quality assurance, focusing on innovation and agile delivery in the BFSI and Healthcare sectors. As a leader in QA, your role will involve managing manual and automated testing across ETL pipelines, UI, and databases, collaborating with global teams, and implementing best testing practices. Your key responsibilities will include leading a QA team handling ETL, UI, DB, and end-to-end testing, creating detailed test cases and test data, validating ETL workflows using advanced SQL, developing automation scripts in Python, integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD tools, and driving collaboration across various teams and stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have 9-12 years of QA experience with a focus on ETL/UI/DB testing, 3+ years of automation testing experience with Python and tools like Selenium and Playwright, strong SQL skills, familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, leadership experience, Agile methodology expertise, and excellent communication skills. Nice-to-have qualifications include exposure to tools like DBT, Informatica, or MS Power BI, knowledge of the Healthcare/Life Sciences domain, and willingness to work flexible hours with international teams. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in BCA/B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.E./M.Tech and be ready to take on a challenging role in a dynamic and innovative environment.,
