Desired candidate should have;
- 3+ years of experience in supporting RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. - 1. 5+ years of experience with low code/no code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, OutSystems, or Mendix. - Proven track record of managing and resolving technical issues in a production environment. - Extensive hands-on experience with leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc. - Proven track record of developing, deploying, and supporting RPA solutions in a production environment. - Experience with low code/no code platforms like Microsoft Power Apps, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, etc. - Ability to support and troubleshoot applications developed on these platforms. - Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar. - Experience with scripting languages (e. g. , JavaScript, VBScript) for automation purposes. - Experience integrating RPA and low code solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications. - Knowledge of APIs, web services, and other integration methods. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Experience supporting automation solutions in cloud environments. - Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to RPA and low code applications. - Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues. - Experience managing support incidents and ensuring timely resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Familiarity with incident management tools and processes. - Experience monitoring the performance of automated processes and ensuring their reliability and stability. - Ability to use monitoring tools to track system performance and detect issues proactively. - Experience identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of automation solutions. - Ability to document and optimize support processes. - Experience managing changes to automation solutions, including testing and validating updates and enhancements. - Familiarity with change management processes and tools. - Proven ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, procedures, and technical solutions. - Experience participating in audits and compliance reviews related to automation solutions. - Experience leading a support team and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and support teams. - Experience working with various stakeholders, including business analysts, process owners, and IT teams. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and provide updates on issue resolution. - Relevant certifications in RPA tools (e. g. , UiPath Certified Professional, Blue Prism Developer). - Certifications in low code/no code platforms (e. g. , Microsoft Power Platform Certification, OutSystems Professional Developer) are highly desirable. - ITIL/CSM Certification is highly desired Good understanding of Azure Cloud
