Automation Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web-based products.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using the latest testing tools and

practices.

• Act as a quality advocate within agile product teams, ensuring high standards across the

software development lifecycle.

• Mentor, support, and provide technical guidance to junior SDETs.

Preferred candidate profile

• 7+ years of professional experience in software testing, including: (Test planning, execution,

monitoring, defect tracking, and test reporting, Test planning, execution, monitoring, defect

tracking, and test reporting).

• Designing and maintaining automated test frameworks following industry best practices.
• Strong background in working within agile product teams.
• Hands-on experience with GIT or other distributed version control systems.
• Proven experience mentoring and coaching other SDETs.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to SQL and relational database concepts.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).

• Experience with microservices architectures.

• Knowledge of non-functional testing tools and techniques (e.g., performance, security,

accessibility).
