Automation Lead - L1

As a leader in a Business Unit (BU) at Wipro Limited, your role is crucial in spearheading automation initiatives for strategic accounts. Your primary objective is to enhance client engagement through effective automation strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop automation roadmaps and strategies for various BUs, ensuring a thorough understanding of the requirements for implementing automation in different accounts. - Shortlist accounts based on their size and readiness for automation maturity. - Drive automation maturity in selected accounts by showcasing Wipro's capabilities and ensuring ROI achievement for clients. - Ensure contractual commitments are met by comprehensively understanding project scope and requirements. - Implement the necessary software and infrastructure for automation. - Establish scalable standards for dashboards and process support systems to monitor automation effectively. - Collaborate with account partners and delivery teams to develop and review Account Automation Plans for each account. - Monitor automation projects, address complex escalations, and provide solutions to persistent automation issues. - Manage access control to protect sensitive project information. - Regularly review project status against the plan and ensure successful implementation. - Stay updated on automation trends, technologies, and identify capability gaps within the team. - Maintain customer relationships, gather feedback, and align internal resources to address customer needs effectively. Performance Parameters: 1. Client Engagement: Measure CSAT, customer references, customer solutions, and mean time to resolve customer issues. 2. BOT Implementation: Evaluate bot performance for platform/non-platform accounts and the number of platform accounts per DU.
