Role Overview: As a leader in automation initiatives for strategic accounts within a Business Unit at Wipro Limited, your role is crucial in ensuring enhanced client engagement. You will be responsible for devising automation roadmaps and strategies for various Business Units, understanding requirements for automation implementation, and driving automation maturity within selected accounts. Your focus will be on showcasing Wipro's capabilities to drive automation, meeting contractual commitments, implementing necessary software and infrastructures, and ensuring scalable standards for active automation monitoring. Additionally, you will review automation projects, identify and resolve escalations, and stay updated on automation trends to bridge capability gaps within the team.
