Job Description: You are a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) with over 10 years of hands-on experience in automation and electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing, along with expertise in Industry 4.0 technologies. In this role, you will lead digital transformation initiatives, optimize EV production processes, mentor teams, and implement smart factory solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the technical authority in EV manufacturing, automation systems, and Industry 4.0 solutions. - Drive the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies such as IoT, robotics, AI/ML for predictive maintenance, digital twins, and process automation. - Lead process optimization and automation projects to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety in EV production lines. - Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to engineers and operational teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy innovative manufacturing solutions. - Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and best practices for EV manufacturing and automation. - Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and upskilling programs for teams in automation and EV manufacturing. - Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of engineering solutions with organizational goals. Qualifications & Skills: - 10+ years of hands-on experience in EV manufacturing, automation, and smart factory technologies. - Deep knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, AI/ML, digital twins, predictive analytics, robotics, and process automation. - Proven experience as an SME, technical lead, or senior engineer in EV or automotive manufacturing. - Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality management. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, mentoring, and communication skills. - Hands-on experience with automation tools, MES, ERP systems, and simulation software.,
