Automation Engineer:

BE/Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering with 5-8 / 8-10 yrs. Experience in Automobile plant

Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting of Siemens PLCs including S7-200, S7-300, S7-400, 1200, Allen-Bradley Compact Logix PLC of Press shop, Axle shop, Frame shop in automobile assembly plant,
Must be familiar with PLC programming languages and software including Simatic Manager, TIA portal, RS Logix
Backup of PLC program and restoration whenever required
Minor modifications to improve machine efficiency as and when required
PLC system scheduled maintenance
Calibrate and trouble shoot Load cell and instrumentation devices
Knowledge of VFD programming and troubleshooting
HMI programming, troubleshooting and minor modifications
Basic knowledge of robots troubleshooting program checks
Knowledge of Industrial PCs with Backup / Restoration, Hard Disc cloning
Basic knowledge of safety precautions while working at Shop Floor
