Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

PLC & SCADA Systems:

• Hands-on exposure to Siemens, Allen-Bradley (AB), Schneider, and Mitsubishi PLCs (intermediate to high-end level).
• Hands-on experience with SCADA frameworks such as WinCC, FT View, and Vijeo Citect (intermediate to high-end level).
• Intermediate exposure in industrial networking, connecting PLCs, SCADA, and HMIs in client-server or redundancy architectures.

Instrumentation & Industrial Systems:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, BMS, EMS, and process instrumentation.
• Experience with SQL databases for data logging and system integration.
• Strong exposure to instrumentation in verticals including HVAC, BMS, and process instrumentation.

Project Execution:

• Erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of small to medium-sized automation projects.
• Exposure to industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP, DNP3.0, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Strong exposure to 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and GAMP5 regulations.
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical domain and handling documentation related to IQ/DQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
