Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automation Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems, analyzing processes to identify improvement opportunities, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, integrating cutting-edge robotics and automation technologies, and ensuring optimal process control in industrial environments. Qualifications Strong technical knowledge in Automation and Robotics Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Process Control Background in Electrical Engineering or related technical fields Analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, on-site team environment Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline Who Can Apply Candidates with 0–1 years of experience in Automation, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields Freshers with strong technical knowledge and eagerness to learn Individuals who have completed relevant internships, academic projects, or hands-on training in automation/robotics Candidates with good analytical, troubleshooting, and process control skills Applicants with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines
